The Official Unsigned Chart:

 

- You must be a ‘Recording Artist’ to enter your songs into this chart, log in & choose your Recording Deal now

 

- The Top 20 songs will be paid every week

 

- This chart pays the most money on the site

- You will receive payment for only your top track in this chart.

 

- Only music or music videos are permitted in this chart (This chart is not for general video material – any general videos will be removed and not receive payment)

 

- The chart position of a song will be determined by the amount of plays, ratings and touches (votes) it receives.      1 PLAY = 1 point     |    1 TOUCH (VOTE) = 2 points     |   RATINGS are worth 1 - 5 points for each user (For example, if 5 users each rate a track with 5 stars, then that is a total of 25 points recieved

 

- For each user, only their most recent rating score will count for a particular song each week.

 

- Each user will have 5 votes each week to use as you wish (You are allowed to vote for your own songs and you can vote for any song as many times as you like. But remember,...you only have a maximum 20 votes in total to use as you wish

 

- A maximum of 1 play for each song can be registered from users not logged in (so if you’re not logged in, you can  play a song as many times as you like, but after 10 plays, no other no other plays will be registered for that particular song.

 

- Only 1 play per day will be counted, for each song, from a particular member (anymore plays will not be counted)

 

- You can only enter 6 songs max. into this chart

 

- You will receive higher payments in this chart (please see ‘we’ll pay you’ page).

 

- The chart payments will be allocated according to positions reached every Sunday at 12.00 pm (Mid-day)

 

- The Top 20 will be paid in this chart

- The ‘Live Chart’ button on the view chart page shows the current live positions at the time. The ‘Last Sunday’ button will show the actual chart songs that received payment last Sunday

 

 

The Basic Chart:

 

- This chart is completely free to enter

 

- The Top 10 will be paid in this chart

 

- This chart pays less money than the Official Unsigned Chart

- You will receive payment for only your top track in this chart  

 

- You do not only have to enter music or music videos in this chart. You can enter interviews, funny stuff, where you’ve been – what you saw – what happened and ofcourse music too.

 

- The chart position of a song will be determined by only the amount of plays it receives.

 

- Votes will not count in this chart (You will be unable to vote for any video in the basic chart).

 

- A maximum of 1 play per day will be counted, for each song, from someone not logged in (so if you’re not logged in, you can  play a song as many times as you like, but after it receives 1 play, no other plays will be counted for that particular song.

 

- Only 1 plays per day will be counted, for each song, from a particular logged in user (anymore plays will not be counted)

 

- The chart payments will be allocated according to positions reached every Sunday at 00.00 am (Saturday Midnight)

 

- You can only enter 5 videos / songs max. into this chart

 

 

 

 

The Record Label Chart

 

- Positions in the Record Label Chart are based on the average Official Unsigned Chart position over the previous 4 weeks attained by songs of its members. So a label with members who do well in the official unsigned chart, will also do well in the Record Label Chart.

 

Only the Official Unsigned Chart positions will be considered, any member’s tracks in the basic chart will not be considered

 

- You can only own or be a part of one label at a time

 

- A member of a record label can leave his/her label at anytime without notice

 

- A record label owner can remove any of the label’s members at anytime without notice

 

- Payment for the Record Label will be allocated once every 4 weeks

 

 

 

 

General & Standard Rules

 

-You are not permitted to register, set up or administer more than 1 account under any circumstances. Violation of this rule may result in deletion of your account, loss of any funds due, loss of any chart rewards due and loss of subscription membership without warning. No refund of any kind be provided. In such circumstances iWahh may restrict an infringing user from fully utilising the site's features, which may include action such as blocking a users account or disabling plays, votes, and ratings for a particular song.

 

-We take chart fairness and integrity very seriously and you understand and agree that iWahh reserves the right to take such action under circumstances where a violation is suspected or established. 

 

(iWahh reserves the right to update these rules and payment reward amounts at any time without notice in order to improve security, operation efficiency or to provide an improved user experience. We think that it is very unlikely that there will be any need to alter these rules significantly, and we will do our best to inform you of any major changes, however we advise that it is your responsibility to periodically check these rules and our chart payment amounts for any changes or updates)
